Head coach John Fox has struggled in his first season in Chicago, and will need quarterback Jay Cutler to play mistake-free football against San Diego. Cutler has thrown over 1,400 yards this season with eight touchdowns and four interceptions. he will look to get the ball to top targets Alshon Jeffery and Martellus Bennett, as they are the big playmakers on this offense.

Cutler will also try to take advantage of a weak Chargers defense that is giving up an average of 28.4 points per game. Free safety Eric Weddle is the leader of San Diego's defense, and will need to have his team ready for a crucial game for its season. The Chargers safety leads the team in tackles with 43, and has three tackles for loss this season.
While the Chargers defense has struggled this season, their offense ranks first in the NFL for yards per game. Head coach Mike McCoy has his offense rolling this year, as they have the top passing offense averaging 336.9 passing yards per game. Quarterback Philip Rivers leads this passing attack, and he already has 2,753 passing yards this season with 18 touchdowns. San Diego's offense is loaded with weapons, and Rivers will look to distribute the ball to players like Malcom Floyd and Danny Woodhead throughout the night.
Both the Chicago Bears and the San Diego Chargers meet as they search for their third victories of the season in the National Football League.
To be played at the Qualcomm Stadium, the match is on November 9, 2015 at 8:30 PM ET.
As the marquee match-up for Monday Night Football, expect both teams to try and get the big victory that will hopefully help them in the second half of the season.
Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler (6) lies on the field after being hit late on a play by the Houston Texans with his teammates over him during the first half of their NFL football game.
On the other hand, the Bears are third in the NFC North behind the Minnesota Vikings and Green Bay Packers and the Bears are also trying to keep the Detroit Lions at bay.
The last time San Diego won was in week four when they topped the Cleveland Browns 30-27.
Since then, they have lost four straight games.
Maybe a morale victory can be taken from the losses, however, as the four losses have been against top teams like the Packers, Pittsburgh Steelers, the Oakland Raiders and Baltimore Ravens and the Chargers have only lost those games with less than 10 points as the deficit.
Now, against the Bears, they are looking to capitalize against another struggling team before they get their rest thanks to a bye week.
Meanwhile, Chicago have dropped back-to-back games and even a bye week could not give them enough to regroup and get a win.
Their last win was against the Kansas City Chiefs but have since lost to the Lions and Vikings.
With their fanbase slowly losing patience for a good year, the Bears are looking to right the ship with a win over the Chargers.
