Hashtag Lunchbag Indy

Hashtag Lunchbag Indy is an initiative aimed at providing food relief and resources to people who are less fortunate around the city of Indianapolis. Over the past two years, we have provided nearly 20,000 meals around Indianapolis and implemented a volunteer recruitment strategy to engage people from a variety of backgrounds.

“Pop up Philanthropy” is important because it not only helps people in need but also provides volunteers with an efficient way to donate their time. These monthly events continue to grow thanks to our volunteers and community partners. The suggested $10 donation helps with costs and keeps this grassroots idea going.

On Saturday August 18th, assembly will take place at Overcoming Church Recreation Center 2203 N. Columbia Ave. at 2pm. Distribution will take place across from the Central Library following packing.
