#Hashtaglunchbag is a movement dedicated to utilizing social media to bring awareness to and eliminate hunger in local communities. The movement was born on Christmas Day 2012 in a Los Angeles apartment with just a small group of friends looking for a way to give back. The intent was to simply prepare and deliver food to their local homeless community, but with social media serving as a platform to share ones daily activities, this group of friends quickly found that they had not just fed some people that day, but instead had started a nationwide, now worldwide, movement of charitable acts.

Here in Miami we are trying to bring awareness one lunchbag at a time. 
This month we are coming together on 2/26/17 and asking for our volunteers to come out to help us package lunchbags
