Serving Our People (SOP) in partnership with #HashtagLunchbag Presents: The Helping Our People Eat (HOPE) Project! Started by two Bronx natives, our vision is to SUPPORT, ELEVATE the people and SUSTAIN resources in the Bronx community through acts of service. In our first event taking place Monday, January 15th, 2018 our goal is to feed 200+ of those in need in the Bronx community. Volunteers will gather at a disclosed location to assemble lunchbags equipped with food items and notes of inspiration. Every $10 donation/registration fee will go towards the assembly of 10 lunchbags to be donated to local shelters and community centers. All additional proceeds will serve as a monetary donation dispersed amongst those organizations.
Purchase a ticket today and join us on Martin Luther King Jr. Day of service for a day of positivity, community and giving back. Every helping hand and/or donation – big or small, counts!
